As a Regional Director, Tammara McDonald introduces the Partner America™ program’s resources in partnership with the United States Conference of Mayors, to assist business owners.

Her professional background includes diverse leadership roles within large, nationally recognized companies, as well as small businesses.

She is goal-oriented, results driven at her core, and has an unwavering desire for assisting companies in achieving their goals, seeing them thrive, and growing their business. She is passionate about improving small businesses and making a difference in Business Owner’s lives.

Her ability to build key relationships and work collaboratively with others has been instrumental in guiding business owners towards the help and resources they need. She is a Change Maker, motivated by making meaningful impact and connections in her career and community.

Tammara received her education at the University of Houston, earning a Bachelor of Science degree.
