Luis Villarreal serves as a Regional Director with Partner America, where he introduces business owners to resources developed in partnership with the United States Conference of Mayors to strengthen operations, improve profitability and drive sustainable growth. He also brings firsthand experience with the program through his work as a Program Manager, working directly with business owners to identify challenges, uncover opportunities and build a path forward.

Luis has more than 20 years of experience in sales, business development, training and leadership across building materials, construction, manufacturing and distribution. His career spans organizations from Fortune 500 companies to locally owned businesses, giving him a broad view of the challenges companies face as they grow and scale.

His philosophy is simple: understand the business before attempting to solve the problem. A U.S. Air Force veteran based in Central Florida, Luis brings a relationship-driven, consultative approach centered on asking the right questions, turning insight into action, and helping business owners build stronger, more successful companies.
