FORT MYERS, FL — September 26, 2023 – The Partner America™ program hosted a networking event and award ceremony yesterday to honor Fort Myers Mayor Kevin B. Anderson, who was bestowed with the Small Business Advocate Award.

The accolade is a testament to Mayor Anderson’s steadfast commitment and outstanding contributions towards advancing the small business sector in the historic city of Fort Myers. Over the years, Mayor Anderson has consistently exhibited a deep-seated dedication to supporting and championing the cause of small businesses, making a substantial impact on the local economy. This event was designed to celebrate these invaluable efforts, exemplifying a commendable advocacy for small business growth.

The ceremony provided more than just an award presentation. It was a rich platform for Fort Myers’ small business owners and entrepreneurs to engage directly with their esteemed Mayor, learn about the resources offered by Partner America™, and enjoy a complimentary breakfast. The event harbored an environment for entrepreneurs to network with their peers, exchange innovative ideas, and gain access to invaluable business resources facilitated by the Partner America™ program.

Hosting the event was Brad Sullivan, a Managing Director from the Partner America™ program. Sullivan presented Mayor Anderson with his award and engaged with attending business owners, discussing the challenges within their enterprises. Moreover, each business owner in attendance was offered a complimentary business wellness checkup, showcasing a tangible commitment from the United States Conference of Mayors to the prosperity of the small business community.
