Anthone Powell serves as Regional Director for Partner America throughout the Waco, Dallas, and Fort Worth markets in Texas.

As Regional Director, Anthone introduces Partner America’s nationally recognized resources—developed through the United States Conference of Mayors—to help business owners strengthen operations, improve profitability, and build sustainable growth.

Anthone spent over a decade with AT&T Business and Acquisition as a Sales Executive, where he consistently demonstrated the ability to navigate complex sales environments, develop strategic client relationships, and drive revenue growth. His leadership and performance established him as a trusted advisor to businesses seeking scalable, long-term solutions.

Prior to AT&T, Anthone co-founded and served as Owner and CEO of Fanthenia INC, successfully building and operating a growing enterprise. This firsthand entrepreneurial experience gives him a deep understanding of the challenges business owners face—and the practical strategies required to overcome them.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Anthone is deeply committed to service and community impact. A proud father of four, he has volunteered for more than 20 years at a local food pantry, reflecting his dedication to helping others succeed.
